We have been making cheese since March, 2010. Currently we produce an Irish-style washed-rind cheese from the milk of a herd of grazing Holstein and Jersey cows. We make raw milk and pasteurized versions.
McGarr Farm is a 3rd generation sustainable dairy farm. We practice rotational grazing during the grazing season.
