Creamy Curried Spinach

1lb.fresh spinach
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp curry powder
pinch of salt
Wilt spinach in a tall sided fry pan with a little bit of water. 2-4 minutes should be plenty. Drain excess water. Add heavy cream and curry Powder, then toss. Add pinch of salt to taste.
Serves 2.
