Rhubarb Sauce

1 tbsp butter

3 cups rhubarb (about 10 stalks) sliced

1/4 cup each granulated sugar and brown sugar

Pinch nutmeg  

Melt butter over medium heat and add sliced rhubarb. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Rhubarb will begin to soften and release juices. Add sugars and nutmeg. Let simmer 7 minutes more until the rhubarb is soft.
