COMMUNITY TENT THIS WEEK

Eastern Service Workers

Eastern Service Workers Association (ESWA) is Rochester's only all-volunteer run and non-government funded membership association of low-paid service workers and other low-income families. ESWA will be promoting volunteer opportunities for this season.

Market goers can sign up to help with ESWA's Back to School Budget Saving program as well as their Utility Fight to stop RG&E's proposed $201 million rate hike. Training is also available for ESWA's ongoing canvassing campaign in Rochester hardest hit neighborhoods to overcome the isolation low-income families face and also in how to stop and reverse utility shut-offs plaguing our community at this time. Sign up today and help us fight for a better tomorrow!
