PREVIOUSLY AT THE MARKET

Young shoppers know what tastes best!

Sunscape at the opening bell.

As the season progresses, Farm Boy Products offers more and more.

Vegies on the table (vegetables).

More than just your organic maple syrup.

As the afternoon progressed, more shoppers arrived.

The Monroe Branch library gave away excess books at the Community Table.

Intriguing material.

Bob Jordan attracted an audience (as usual!).

PREVIEW: SPECIAL PROGRAM NEXT WEEK (AUG 29)

At the Market on August 29th, the South East Area Coalition (SEAC) and the Rochester Education Foundation (REF) will be celebrating Neighborhood Preservation and Revitalization Week.. The musicians for the afternoon will be REF's High School Jazz band. REF collects instruments and other musical supplies to support their programming. State and local officials have been invited to speak and talk to constituents to show their support and commitment to the funding of neighborhood development initiatives.

SEAC and REF will staff tents to answer questions about their programming. One $5 voucher will be distributed to anyone making a donation to REF of musical instruments or supplies (strings, reeds, drum sticks, sheet music, etc.).

The vouchers will be accepted by any of our vendors (good on that Market day only!).
