RECIPE FOR THIS WEEK

Selected by Maxine Manjos

3-Ingredient Caramel-Pear Galette

An autumn desert with a French name -- won't the guests be impressed! Just don't tell them how easy --and I do mean EASY-- it is to prepare. ( Just call it Caramel-Pear Galette and leave out the "3-Ingredient" part when your guests ask its name.) Don't tell anyone I told you, but a little deceit has its place in any good cook's repertoire. This galette has that rustic look so fashionable these days and with in-season pears it might just become your favorite October dessert.

Click on the link below and start working on your very own deception. If you're even halfway decent with little white lies, this will be a cinch.
