The Monroe Village Farmers’ Market would like to thank you for your interest in helping achieve a successful season. Success for our market means serving the vendors, farmers, customers and the community the best that we can. We are looking for some neighbors to jump in now to help with planning and organization, as well as help during the season with the day of maintenance.

Wednesday evening 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Jun 17 – Oct 14
Setup Crew (Market day 3:15 – 5ish)
- Setup tents, tables and chairs
- Place out signage and cones
- Direct vendors to spots
Tear Down Crew (Market Day 7 – 8ish)
- After market closes, take down and return everything to garage
- Make sure parking lot is clear of all market debris
Market Assistants (Market Day 4 – 7)
- Setup displays at manager tent
- Take customer counts, run surveys, run EBT machine
- Help vendors and customers as needed
Artisan Organization (Planning before season and during)
- Contact artist and set up dates
- Direct artist day of market
